Cocktail Corner: Mothers Mule
We had a lot of fun making cocktails at our first Gindulgence Wellington last weekend, and the Mothers Mule was the definite favourite, so while summer still boils along, we’re happy to share the recipe with you here ….
In a tumbler, add 15ml of good quality lime juice (we recommend the Limery), 30ml of Ginger Emerald Gin, 135ml of good quality ginger beer (we recommend Fevertree), a slice and curl of lime and peel, and lots of ice.
